Hoist Crane
Single Girder Crane (Under-Running Type)
• Simple structure with low cost, effective for basic loading and unloading operations
• Suitable when the clearance between the runway rail and building ceiling is limited
• Commonly used for short spans and light-duty applications
• Requires additional equipment for maintenance and inspection
• Mounted below the hoist girder, resulting in a shorter lifting height
Single Girder Crane (Top-Running Type)
• Widely used for long spans and heavy-duty applications
• Suitable for operations requiring minimal load sway and high operating frequency
• Equipped with a maintenance walkway, allowing easy inspection and maintenance
• Applied where there is sufficient space between the runway rail and ceiling
• Hoist is mounted on top of the girder, providing a higher lifting height compared to the under-running type
Suspension Hoist Crane
• A crane suspended from runway rails (I-beams) fixed to the building ceiling, suitable for facilities with very limited headroom
• For long spans, operation using three runway rails is possible
Monorail Hoist Crane
• Used by fixing a runway rail (I-beam) to the building ceiling and suspending the hoist crane
• Ideal for installations with very limited ceiling space
• Direct ceiling installation allows lower construction costs
• Reduced installation time
