Design and Structural Features
• Swing Check Valves / Butterfly Check Valves are used in water and wastewater pipelines to prevent backflow caused by pump shutdown, thereby protecting pumps and pipeline equipment
• Upon customer request, a tight shut-off type check valve equipped with a shock absorber (DASH-POT) can be applied to prevent sudden closure due to backflow
• Bypass valves or counterweights (weights) can also be added according to user requirements
